Fire In The Hole Steve O! And The O is For Orange!
Fire in the hole is when someone buys a drink and throws it at the drive thru worker and speeds off. We certainly do not endorse this behavior but we thought Steve O deserved it. Let it be known that Steve O is here by ordered to the Orange section and forced to cleanse his karma. We feel that promoting the use of inhalents like
whippits is not Green. Steve O enjoy that chocolate shake and lay off the fried foods they can cause acne.

Queen Latifa is 100% Green Approved!
And she knows how to rock the mike hard. We also aknowledge her as an influential founding force in her musical genre. And give her props for being an original who helped develop the hip hop movement.
Rather than just fall into a creative mold she added new contributions to her musical style which helped to make the music grow. With that she took creative risks and as an artist that is what I look for in every form of art.

Portions of Corporate America are Promoting Graffiti Crime to Advertise there Products
We feel that for every successful graffiti artist another 100 thousand are born. I am not against all street art but I feel portions of corporate America have gotten on board this trend with company's like Nestle's Quick launching ad campaigns to get grafftti hopefuls to tag there product. Then you have anti social magazines like Juxtapoz which also promote this genre. I myself feel 100 million spray paint cans per day being used around the world is not healthy for the ozone, and that type of art is not green. The gallery's who work with these magazines and the company's who are using these people for free advertisements should be orange listed and in some cases banned for this destructive art form. I am working on a list that I will post soon.

Fifty Cent in Orange Violation
Fifty Cent was added to the Orange section for promoting gang violence and not making new contributions to the musical genre. I am not some kind of prude that can't appreciate the hip hop style but I feel his statement has been made long ago and now it is redundant. You have influenced violence with your music and you must cleanse
your karma by changing the video content and musical style to be removed from the Orange List. Fifty Cent you are now in the Orange section and the latest addition to the Village People.

Greenist art added to Museum Collection
Artist Will Westmor is the first Greenism artist to be added to a museum collection. The piece titled A Portrait of
Mars in Parallax Detail is a new aquisition in the Keller Museum of Modern art. The piece features authentic Mars meteorite rocks added to the painting and is the closest you can get to actually being on the planet. It is a non representational landscape which explores new content in this genre of work.

James Gandolfini Approved Green and commended for work in Iraq
Alan Greenspan issued Yellow Demerit
I do not take any political sides but feel Alan Greenspans recent comments were divisive.I like many would prefer if both parties were united and feel his remarks were irresponsible at this time. This leads me to wonder if when he was in office he made decisions that were not for the good of the people. Because the economy did improve when he left his post. We are giving him a yellow demerit and 4 more would lead him to an orange violation. His name would then be Alan Orangespan!

Jessica Simpson is part of Green Celebrity Portrait Series
I am starting a new painting in an eco portrait series and Jessica Simpson is the latest green celebrity to be painted using authentic meteorite stardust. The work is made with eco based paints and has real lunar stardust added as an embellishment. It also has authentic mars meteorite stardust as well. I rarely have been doing representational work and wanted to start a portrait and feel Jessica would make a great model for the subject matter. The work will be finished in the upcoming weeks and I just wanted to announce it on my blog with her photo. This is just a photo but look for the finished painting in the upcoming weeks. Thanks,Will

Welcome to Green Listed!
This is the begining of a blog which focuses on Green Art and Green Living. As a founding member of the Greenist Art Movement I will outline the mission of this work. Our objective is to promote green concepts with art and to recognize green achievements and non green offensive behavior from individuals and companies. There will be a list of approved, non approved, and banned individuals as well as companies. The list is color coded, green meaning approved, orange would signify a violation and red would be a permanent ban which would be for the worst offenders labeled scum of the earth. There will also be yellow demerits given as a warning to anyone in violation. If you receive 5 yellow demerits you will be added to the orange section in disgrace. Anyone in the orange section will have an opportunity to be removed by changing there behavior and cleansing there karma. This would happen by giving back to the young people who were affected by there actions. We are government friendly and will work with the proper agency's when we see an eco injustice but we are not part of any political party. I will outline this process and give examples of good and bad eco behavior in future postings, and remember we fear no one who commits evil eco deeds! I will also post new and exciting accomplishments in green art, as well as recipes for eco friendly mediums and art techniques.I would like to thank everyone who has written with positive comments and I will be finishing this list soon. Thanks,Will
